K-band ftp fringe test report

Summary:    Ftp data arrived from all participating stations. There were 
            fringes to all stations, including the first ftp fringes to 
            Hh at K-band.

Notes:

a) Hh: low S/N because of bad weather and weak emission on long baselines;
       fringes with convincing S/N were detected shortly afterwards using 
       proprietary data
