Westerbork (Tony Foley at Wed Sep 9 16:54:41 METDST 1998) Minor failures

We will be running with RT7 as single dish. The maser is not working so the Rubidium clock will be used. Tsys about 67K and noise step (now under FS control!) about 13K.
