Westerbork (Tony Foley at Thu Sep 18 17:44:26 METDST 1997) Success

Using the prototype MFFE in RT7 (same as 18cm) Circular polarization made in the fontend (quarter-wave plate) and alleged purity about 2%. Direction checked by radiating with helical antennae (reasonably convincing this time). System temperatures about 800Jy (68K and 0.085K/Jy)

Effelsberg (dgraham at Wed Sep 24 13:31:38 METDST 1997) Minor failures

Tsys 29K at zenith. Do not use standard gain/elevation curve due to work on antenna surface. Revised curve will be provided at session end.
