Many of the 1.3cm observations didn't had any gaps for pointing at Effelsberg. Since the Effelsberg beam size is just 35" at 22GHz it is highly recommended to insert gaps of 5-6min every 2-3 hours for pointing checks. Also at 6cm and 3.6cm it would be good to leave such short gaps roughly every 4 hours.
