Effelsberg (Uwe Bach at Tue Nov 09 10:59:19 2010) Minor failures: PCAL

Thanks to Jun, who noticed that during n10sx2 our phasecal was switch off, I found a bug in our new program that does the communication between the Field System and the new antenna control software. Unfortunately phasecal was off for all experiments during this session. There are in total nine experiments, namely n10k1, ed030a, ed030b, el040b, el040c, ey010c, el040f, el040f, and n10sx2 that were supposed to have phasecal=on, but are observed without phasecal. GC034B, C, and D will be observed with phasecal=on now. Sorry!
