1. Antenna wrap between 21:01 - 21:18 UTC 2. Problem with instrument reading gps-fmout (around 11:20 UTC) 3. Formatter read error (data probably OK) around 06:48 UTC

There were a few cases that the telescope was late on source (e.g. the scan at 11:03 is probably entirely lost). No other problems noted.
