Westerbork (Tony Foley at Thu Nov 16 11:52:16 MET 2000) Minor failures

This was using NEW specification system for the tied array with each block for phase referencing being treated as a quasi-mosaic with different integration times. We also replaced a bad reel motor bearing just before the session.
