The BBC No 3 was noted to malfunction at 7:55 UTC and later at irregular periods. Only 3 last minutes of the last scan useful due to a long (about 300 deg) slew to the 3C84 source from previous scan.

Observation done in VLBA-mode using the VLBA terminal. Scans between UT 0600 - 0620 might be bad due to problems with the FS computer.

Only 8 minuts lost from 3:30 to 3:38 for antenna in prelimit.

Westerbork (Tony Foley at Fri Jun 11 13:44:07 METDST 1999) Minor failures

Most of the time had 12 telescopes in array (except from 05:39 to 05:52UT when it went to 11). Bad receiver removed about 07:30 UT and replaced at 07:55UT. Playback of this tape shows very pronounced "Once-Around" instability in signal level on all passes (top reel motor effect).
