Thin tape performance on Mk4 tape machine poor. Where possible thin tape Mk4 experiments will be run on VLBA terminal

We noticed that the lower reel motor was squeaking during playback and prepassing on day 148. We replaced the lower reel motor bearings during the day and checked performance. Seemed OK, and the sqeak went. The old bearings showed definite signs of play.
