SEFD of RCP channel larger than expected, pass command claimed head positions in forward direction varied over a micron or two, most probably a read error on the Read head.

Westerbork (Tony Foley at Mon May 25 17:40:40 METDST 1998) Success

Looks Ok. We used RT7 (as in feb 1998) with quarter-wave plate for circular polarization. SEFD about 730Jy and (IF) phasecal in odd VCs only. Tape playback looked OK, but the tape was rubbing the reel for some of the forward pass.
