Unfortunately due to a error S-band was observed and not X-band.
On the positive side this fault definitely only effects the network
monitoring experiment and none of the user X-band expts.

at zenith: 27.4 K (Y-Factor=10.3db). Coherency test passed.
No Discrepancy Reports. Comments: observation stopped at 12 UT.
Last half an hour in the schedule is used to configure the
system back to nominal for following observation/satellite tracking.
