We lost the following 3 scans because of the losing of tape vaccum: 19:44:40 - 20:10:30, following scans were not obseved because out of our antenna limit: 19:08:15 - 19:14:45, 21:31:18 - 22:15:22.

No apparent problem. Tsys was not measured during the first 15 minutes. Then only X band was measured during the second 15 minutes. After the first half hour and for the rest of the experiment Tsys was correctly measured for both bands.

Effelsberg (A. Kraus at Tue May 30 14:55:55 METDST 2000) Minor failures
Due to the failure of the frontend control unit, no proper Tsys measurements were possible. For a number of scans, part of the data was lost because of insufficient slewing time.

Lost last two scans in the first tape and the first 2 scans in the second tape due to a failure in the head driver unit.

The observation was started maybe 2 hours later, the head calibration can not be done automatically, there may be large absolute read offset in read, the read of tracks are very bad, but we think write may be ok. the Tsys of vc02 and vc04 should be about 110K.

Comment again here, the voltage of noise diode of S-band was set to a wrong value of 12v, so the Tsys at S-band is very large.The voltage should be 24v. You could use the Tsys of 110K measured with radiometer at this band.
