Experiment Feedback

Medicina (roma at Sat Mar 06 01:56:18 2010) Success:
Some RFI in band Lack of power on vc07 and vc08 Rain at start schedule

Onsala (Michael Lindqvist at Sat Mar 06 10:45:17 2010) Success:
Apart from RFI. No known problems.

Noto (P. Cassaro at Sun Mar 07 10:30:41 2010) Success: RECO
from 10:57 to 11:17 UT problems with the MK5.

Westerbork (Geert Kuper at Sun Mar 07 13:11:24 2010) Success: RFI PHAS
12 RT's in the array. (No RT1 and RT5) Severe RFI on 1610.49 MHz both upper and lower sideband. This may have caused a bad phase tuneup for the first two sub bands

Torun (Kaz Borkowski at Mon Mar 08 09:40:47 2010) Minor failures: RECO
After disk-pack change to bank B, at 19:19 UT, only 3 (of 4, on the left) LEDs were lit and the reported percentage of available space on the pack implied only 6 TB capacity, while it should be 8 TB (SATA disks). Since this experiment required the highest speed of 1Tb/s it may mean the recording is erratic on this pack.

Effelsberg (dg at Mon Mar 08 09:56:13 2010) Minor failures: TSYS WIND RFI
Tsys measurements affected by RFI. Break for pointing 07:41-08:00, also around 08:33 Experiment stopped at 19:45 until end due to heavy snow

Noto (P. Cassaro at Wed Mar 10 11:25:38 2010) Minor failures:
ADDENDUM: Maser clock failure, we have switched to the rubidium

Torun (K. Borkowski at Tue Mar 23 12:16:17 2010) Success: RECO
Much later it was found that the second pack did not contain anything useful! Thus there are no data after 19:18 UTC.

Jodrell_Bank (alastair gunn at Mon Mar 29 10:48:14 2010) Minor failures:
Controller recorded this Socorro experiment on a disk pack with JIVE data already on it. JIVE copied data across the internet so pack was shipped to Socorro. Ignore other experiments on JOD-0061. Frequent telescope encoder faults giving brief periods off source. No other known problems.
