Effelsberg (Uwe at Mon May 29 13:13:03 2017) Failure:

All FS logs from May 28th, 0:50 UT to May 29th, 13 UT report a wrong fmout-gps clock offset. The formatter (Fila10G) was actually in sync with the maser, but the 1pps from the GPS was wrong. The correct values were around -28.9 musec.

All 6cm observations: calibration is only a guess from theory, no noise diode working, RPC might be broken.
