Observation ok. We had rain and wet snow and clouds in the beginning of the observation.

Effelsberg (dgraham at Wed Mar 3 10:10:00 MET 1999) Minor failures

bad weather, rain and wind. No pointing checks made, so probably pointing bad. Online system reports UNSUPPORTED FRONTEND, logging wavelength as ??cm.

Onsala (A. Polatidis at Wed Mar 3 11:08:06 MET 1999) Success

Clear weather at the beggining. Since 0340, we had rain which turned into wet snow.

OAN\-Yebes (Paco Colomer at Wed Mar 3 14:14:32 MET 1999) Minor failures

Most of the time observed without problems. Some failures to command the new MKIV formatter at beginning and end of experiment. Manual insertion of gpm-fmout aprox=-350 nsec. Clear sky. First observation in more than 1 year, with new equipment and beta-version field system.
