the observation caused only one polarization (RCP) to be recorded until
15:21UT.
Several missing scans due to continuous failures of the antenna control
unit and some for AZ prelimit.
Because of the problems outlined, the log file is definitely messed up
for several schedule restart and the antab file cannot be generated
