Torun (K.Borkowski at Thu Feb 23 07:13:06 2006) Failure : ANT
See the feedback for EB031A. The telescope remains frozen in altitude.
Medicina (A. Orlati at Thu Feb 23 13:15:50 2006) Success :
no known problems
Hartebeesthoek (Jonathan Quick at Thu Feb 23 13:21:41 2006) Success :
No known problems
Onsala (Michael Lindqvist at Thu Feb 23 13:31:14 2006) Minor failures :
Bad weather (rain & snow) during the night. High TSYS until around 9-10 UT.
Westerbork (Tony Foley at Fri Feb 24 10:39:22 2006) Minor failures : FORM
Single dish was used. Please change the coordinates in the vexfile accordingly.
Formatter out of sync from 08:01 to 08:36 UT.
(probably caused by static while somebody was doing work close
to the back of the formatter)
Effelsberg (A. Polatidis at Fri Feb 24 11:37:53 2006) Minor failures : WIND
Due to snow missed scans during UT 0501-0558 and UT 0758-0903.
Jodrell_Bank (Alastair Gunn at Fri Mar 3 17:10:02 2006) Failure : RECO
The MkII telescope was used (Jb2).
Disk pack JOD-0023 subsequently developed "directory flawed or missing" error (during experiment ea035a). No data visible on disk pack but may be recoverable.
Cambridge (Alastair Gunn at Fri Mar 3 17:10:30 2006) Success :
No known problems.
Noto (P. Cassaro at Tue Mar 7 15:46:58 2006) Minor failures : POIN
Pointing problems from 8:40 to 9:00 UT.

Torun (Kaz Borkowski at Mon Feb 20 11:25:29 2006) Minor failures : PCAL
Tr phase cal system failed to produce signals during all the 6 cm
experiments for yet unknown reason.
Westerbork (Tony Foley at Fri Feb 24 15:48:24 2006) Minor failures : ANT POIN
The feedback from the antenna control for SINGLE-DISH
observations is unreliable for 20seconds after a source change.
We will try to fix this. (Affected only the 5cm experiments -Z.P.)
