Effelsberg (A. Kraus at Fri Mar 2 12:47:27 MET 2001) Failure

The switching time was too short (or the source distance too large). Hence, mostly we spend not even one second on source. Technically, there occured a failure with the 1.3cm receiver between UT0117-0142.
