Some little frequency error in schedule at start, corrected at 7:14 UT

Effelsberg (A. Kraus at Mon Feb 21 08:20:18 MET 2000) Minor failures

Few Scans could not be observed because of insufficient slewing time or low elevation. Snowfall made the observation impossible from UT2152-end.

Westerbork (Tony Foley at Mon Feb 21 16:03:36 MET 2000) Minor failures

Full tied array used. Only scans from 10:56 contain any data, as the sources were only in hour angle range from 10:56 to 22:56. Schedule stopped by hand at 23:05UT.
